The President of the National Assembly, Tsveta Karayancheva, is going to attend a commemorative ceremony in Brussels for marking 145 years from the death of The Apostle of Freedom in front of the bas-relief of Vasil Levski at the building of the Consulate Office to the Bulgarian Embassy in Brussels

The President of the National Assembly, Tsveta Karayancheva, is going to attend a commemorative ceremony in Brussels for marking 145 years from the death of The Apostle of Freedom in front of the bas-relief of Vasil Levski at the building of the Consulate Office to the Bulgarian Embassy in Brussels. The commemoration shall be held on 19 February 2018 at 17:00.

The President of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani, shall be a Guest of Honour. The event shall be attended by members of the Bulgarian parliament, members of the European Parliament, and representatives of the Bulgarian community. Tsveta Karayancheva and Antonio Tajani shall make statements on the occasion of the anniversary.

Pupils from the Bulgarian school of Peyo Yavorov to the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria shall perform poems dedicated to The Apostle. Flowers will be brought to the bas-relief of Vasil Levski.

The President of the National Assembly, Tsveta Karayancheva, is going to attend the Interparliamentary Conference on Stability, Economic Coordination and Governance in the European Union.
